On Dating the Miniature Illustations of the Book of the Tikhvin Icon from the holdings of the Novosibirsk State Public Scientific and Technical Library of the Siberian Division of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SPSTL SD RAN)

Author focuses on the text-picture relation in the manuscript of «Book of the Tikhvin Icon» from the Novosibirsk State Public Scientific-Technical Library which dates of last quarter of XVIII century. Miniatures of the manuscript are compared to the whole tradition of illustration of «Book of the Tikhvin Icon» in XVII-XVIII centuries. New cycles being included in the picture system and the unusual representation of some key scenes make to think that a lot of miniatures were painted in XIX century.
