Abstract
The paper presents the results of an analysis of syntactic metaphors in Russian sentences with an obligatory component consisting of a preposition and a noun in the accusative case based on corpus data. An analysis is made of the ways of forming a metaphoric meaning within a typical structure and of the changes in the semantics of structural schemes by using words of different lexicalnature in the positions of obligatory components of the sentence.
