"Hedging (hecke)" - a new semantic category?

Abstract
This article gives a brief overview of one of the contemporary linguistic processes – "hedging (Hecke)" and pursues a number of important methodological principles for definition of the concept of indirect communication in a large variety of similar phenomena.
